This update we have some pretty exciting news to bring to you all. The whole team has come together to figure out the best possible way to bring out next big feature, and we are thrilled to say it’s finally here!
We are excited to officially announce that you can now WATCH YOUTUBE with your friends inside HMU! Hosts of a room can simply create their own Just Chatting room, and tap on “Youtube” to search for videos to watch! It’s that easy! Guests of a room can also suggest videos to watch for the host to choose from!
Note: Youtube works perfectly with iOS users, but is not yet fully functional with Android devices. So as of right now, Only iOS users will be able to see Youtube videos within HMU. But, Youtube for Android will come in the coming weeks!
Other features within version 2.5.0:
New share screen: We have changed the look of the share screen whenever entering a room, in order to bring a clearer and easier display to you all to invite friends.
Suggest people to add to a room: We have added a new feature that automatically finds users similar to you to quick add! This way, users who are new to HMU will always have someone to watch and chat with! This feature also includes suggesting friends you have already added to join rooms with you!
General bug fixes: As always, many of you bring to our attention issues within HMU that get in the way with enjoying HMU to the fullest. Thanks to you all, we have found several bugs that we have now fixed! This will help bring a smoother and more enjoyable experience to HMU!
